In June 2016 we announced that the current PennyTel network infrastructure would be decommissioned. Customers with a PennyTel service could keep it active by migrating to MyNetFone. Due to an overwhelming response, we have decided to extend the PennyTel cut-off date to the 14th December 2016. Failing to migrate or port your service before this date will result in the termination of your Service.

If you have not yet migrated your service and would like to keep it active, please fill out an online support enquiry or call 1300 232 888, option 1, Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm AEST.
